New presentational field: modal

It would be great if Payload had a modal presentational field to improve UI organization for complex field setups – similar to the existing collapsible or tabs fields.

The modal field could render a button using the label option. When clicked, it would open a modal containing the defined fields array. A name option can group contained field data into an object when stored and retrieved from the database.

This approach is highly space-efficient, as it hides non-primary fields behind a single button, using less space than tabs or collapsible. It also enhances focus during editing by isolating the modal from surrounding content and other fields.

I also ran into this, looking up if it exists to reduce the baseline UI footprint of blocks and increase the available screen area for editing long/complex field setups that don't serve the primary purpose, without cluttering the block overview.

My thought was a drawer, but that's just a visually different modal. :)
