Multi tenant plugin - Can I create tenantsArrayField for other collections

My request is simple. Currently, the multi-tenant plugin can only create one tenant per document, but I want a post to belong to multiple tenants, just like a user.
Can I archive this through config or I need to create it myself ?

So, a document can't belong to and be viewed by users in different tenants ?
