Dynamic field value based on another field

Hello
I'm creating a multiple choice quiz collection and only one answer can be the correct one. To specific the correct answer, i want to have a radio or select field that shows the values of answers based on the array field that the user is adding for answers. Not sure how to achieve this

I'm also facing a similar kind of issue, I'm building a multiple-choice questionnaire selection, in which the admin can choose from radio/select input array should update based on the answer selection array. I tried to create a beforeChange hook, but since the saving of the new collection never occurred, the hook never triggered. if anyone can figure it out lmk.

Here's the implementation I tried initially:
