How to keep database data ?

Hello !

I made an install into Docker with Payload.
However after few minutes of inactivity, the database erase herself and the CMS asks me to create a new account. What is the best practices to dev into Docker config ? How can I keep my data ?

I'm using :

• Payload 3.45
• MongoDB 8
• Docker
• Docker Compose
• Node 22.12
