Independent Timestamps for Each Locale

Description

Currently, timestamps such as "Updated At" are shared across all language versions of a document. This feature will introduce independent timestamps for each locale, so each locale records its own last modified date and time.

This will make it easier to track when each translation was last updated, helping content managers and translators maintain accurate records for every locale separately.

Details

• Each locale will maintain its own timestamps.
• Timestamps should update automatically when content in that locale is edited.
• The UI will display the corresponding timestamp for the active locale.
