Delete Document by Specific Locale

Description

When deleting a document, the only option currently is to delete all associated locales - this feature will enable deletion of individual locales, while leaving additional locales untouched.

A potential approach is a “soft delete” that restores the language version to an initial empty state, allowing later restoration.

Details

• Add ability to delete specific locale versions without affecting others.
• Implement soft delete behavior to allow restoration of deleted locales.
