PSA: This is incompatible with Postgres 18 Betas

Probably does't need much attention, but this is incompatible with the postgres 18 betas. Well at least in my case. I was also using a docker postgres image with payload locally. This breaks live site update functionality. Downgrading to postgres 17 works. I know this is to be expected, but Just putting this here just in case someone comes across this and have the same issues.
