Enable Folder Grid View in Upload Fields

Current Behavior
When the Folder feature is enabled in the Payload config and in the Media Collection, the Media Collection view allows switching between the default media list and the By Folder grid view.
However, in Upload fields (e.g. in blocks with type: "upload", relationTo: "media"), when clicking "Choose from existing", the modal only shows the standard list of all media items. The By Folder button is missing.


Proposed Solution

The modal should preserve the same folder navigation experience as in the Media Collection, including switching back to list view.
Allow the By Folder button to also be displayed inside Upload fields when choosing existing media. When activated, the Folder Grid View should be available, and selecting a media item from that view should link it to the field.
