postgres query failure (geospatial + relationships)

I have a collection of Ads, shaped more or less like this (lot of code omitted for brevity) :

Basically, Ads have a location and potentially a list of related tags (eg. Language, Categories and so on).

I want to filter Ads based on both location and tags, here's the code I'm using:

tagIs is an array of integers and adLocation is an array of numbers, with length 2.

Search works perfectly fine with just one of the filters, doesn't matter which one. Any idea?
