Better Localization UX

Right now one has to change the locale in the sidebar to view and edit a document in all locales.

I now encountered the problem where I ask editors to provide an 'alt' tag for an image. When they upload a new image via the popup of an upload field they can't really change locales instantly and forget about the translations.

So how about some sort of Icon/Button next to a localized field, which opens up a modal showing you all translations and make them editable at once.

This way you can quickly add translations without leaving your current flow.

Edit: I have now found #1308
which looks very promising.
