How to integrate Payload to NestJS project

This is a problem with your implementation and not Payload, so I'll bump this over to a Discussion for now. But it looks to be an issue with how you're importing Payload. Outside of that, I'm not sure there's much I can see wrong here. Do you have Payload installed?

here is my code, i use the template, when I run it with nextjs it works, but with nestjs it doesn't.

Then i run project with cmd:

cross-env PAYLOAD_CONFIG_PATH=src/headless/payload.config.ts nest start --watch
