Optimize Payload for AWS Lambda

I just arrived to check Payload as a serverless Headless CMS, But I would like to confirm if is a good fit for AWS lambda.

Can someone please give additional insights about Payload bundle size, Payload API-only deployment, and how requests/queries are executed in parallel?

Is this related to #819?
