More detailed hover previews across the CMS

It would be cool if these Wikipedia-like hover previews would be shown across various links in the CMS. Example:

Could be a nice productivity boost as it would allow quicker insights into all kinds of links without having to open them. ESPECIALLY useful for relationships.

Especially for relationships, it would be great for it to be configurable what is shown in the hover preview. Sometimes, the title of the document (which is the only thing displayed in relationships currently) is not enough to know what the relationship actually is about. A more detailed hover preview would be SUPER useful for some kinds of documents here.

This could, of course, be extended to all kinds of links in the CMS - not just relationships!
