Add "copy Link" Function to Preview Button

I'm trying to add a "copy preview link to clipboard" function to the preview button in the admin dashboard.
It would basically be a copy of the functionality, that the api-url link already provides.
I know, that I could add a ui element to the sidebar, which does what I want, but I was asking myself, if there was a possibility to customize the preview-button directly?
