RealTime socket Updates

I would ask about your ideas about updating frontend, whenever in DB will be changed in one collection. Probably the best apporach is to use socket + mongo as broadcasting service. But I was thinking, if API and Admin is handled by express, maybe I can use enviroment to make things work?

Anyone was doing real-time updates for front, when changes are done in Admin UI or API directly?
