Loading state

This is something our users have requested. When searching/filtering for a document in a collection, it would be useful to see a loading state icon. It can take up to several seconds to have your filter or search resolve with no feedback for the user (even with 'index: true'), so they think it is broken.

Another feedback we got is: "Autocomplete options can take time to populate in the drop down - however there is no UI element to suggest loading leading users to believe there are no options and/or system is broken". This is referring to the dropdown that appear when you are creating a document and you need to select an option that comes from a relationship field.
