Several Questions

Hi! I am planning on creating an application using Payload but have several questions before I go forward with it.

1. I am planning on creating a custom endpoint within the Payload app, but can I keep my custom changes private and proprietary? (the changes are for business logic) Just want to make sure because Wordpress and Drupal require you to publish them under their same license: https://www.drupal.org/about/licensing#project-licensing
2. Can I create my own tables with indexes?
