Add Online/Offline Toggle Option in "..." Menu for Group Fields in Payload CMS

Context:
To enhance the content management experience in Payload CMS, I'd like to suggest implementing an "online/offline" toggle option within the "..." context menu of group fields. This would give users the ability to enable or disable entire blocks of content without deleting them, similar to functionality available in Redaxo CMS (oldschool ref :)) and WordPress ACF.

By offering this toggle in the "..." menu of group fields, editors can control the visibility of specific sections or blocks of content on the frontend without losing the configuration and data stored within those blocks. The "offline" blocks would be hidden from the frontend but remain available in the CMS for future edits or use.

Requested Functionality:

1. Add Online/Offline Toggle to the "..." Menu of Group Fields:

   • Implement an online/offline toggle within the existing "..." menu for group fields.
   • When toggled "offline," the entire group/block is hidden from the frontend view, but the block remains intact within the admin interface for future edits, reuse, or activation.
   • When toggled "online," the group/block is visible again on the frontend.

2. Retain All Block Data When Offline:

   • When a block is set to offline, its data, including all fields and configurations, should be preserved without alteration. The block remains fully accessible to the editor for later activation.

Benefits:

1. No More Deletion of Content:

   • Editors no longer need to delete content just to hide it temporarily. This preserves all the data and configuration of the block for future use.
   • Especially valuable for blocks that contain multiple fields or complex configurations, which would take time to recreate if deleted.

2. Content Planning and Granular Control:

   • This feature allows content to be created and prepared in advance, and simply toggled "online" when ready to be displayed.
   • Editors gain more granular control over what content appears on the frontend without needing to touch the block structure or content itself. This is especially helpful when experimenting with page layouts or updating content seasonally.

3. Time-Saving:

   • Many blocks may have numerous fields and require extensive configuration. By offering the option to take them offline rather than delete them, editors save time and effort when needing to reuse or modify the block in the future.
   • It also eliminates the need to duplicate complex configurations, reducing the chance of errors during block recreation.

This feature would greatly enhance the flexibility, efficiency, and usability of Payload CMS, allowing for more effective content management without sacrificing time or effort. There is an additional thought/idea here, to make it even more flexible … dragging/moving nested child groups across groups (I will write a separate feature request).
