Payload Website template deploy suggestions

Hello there, I'm looking for some suggestions about how to deploy the payload website template on linux. Basically I'd like to know if I've to change these .env variables and how:

# Used to format links and URLs
PAYLOAD_PUBLIC_SERVER_URL=http://staging.thearkage.com
NEXT_PUBLIC_SERVER_URL=http://staging.thearkage.com

because when I run npm run serve the app stars correctly as you can see from these logs, but I'm not able to see the live website on my url domain.

I used pm2 and it's config file and now the website template works but I'm not able to use the /admin path.
