Lexical: Configurable & new keyboard shortcuts

Should be configurable, and add new default shortcuts like CMD+K = Link.

Configuration

Features need to be able to register their own keyboard shortcuts in their feature interface. This should then also be configurable / override-able by the user inside the KeyboardShortcutFeature args (added to defaultFeatures).
