Support for AVIF files

Currently, trying to upload an AVIF file gives that error:

heif: Invalid input: Unspecified: Bitstream not supported by this decoder (2.0)

This is for S3 Storage. I haven't tested yet for local storage, but I think we should support uploading of most popular image formats.
