Font Rendering Issues in Payload Admin Panel

Describe the Bug.

Problem

Some characters and languages are not displaying correctly in the Payload CMS admin panel, causing inconsistent font rendering across different content.

Root Cause

The admin panel was using default system fonts that lack comprehensive multilingual support.

Impact

Text in non-Latin scripts may render with incorrect or missing glyphs
Inconsistent typography across different language content
Poor user experience for multilingual content management

Use @payloadcms/translations change admin language to Vietnamese

This can be fixed by overriding the base font in the scss file.

yeah i already did change it to font family and show it, but it's should set by default
