MFX Data Movement - Feature Request #271
Description
We need a data movement monitor to quickly identify transfer bottleneck. Ideally it should map the data trajectory (Instrument > FFB > S3DF > NERSC, ...) and show what files are currently being transferred (run, stream, etc.) with attributes such as size and creation time, etc.
