default body padding 80px #2

I'm not sure if you'd want to modify the bootcard core or not, but for some reason it comes with a body padding of 80px by default. That dropped the header nav bar 80px down and looked a little weird. It's an easy fix, I just created a css file that says: body {padding-top: 0px !important}
