Extend Arlington with regex predicate #130
Description
Add a new predicate to Arlington to support basic regex matching for all types of string and name. Matches AFTER all normalization and PDF de-escaping. e.g. fn:RegexMatch(regex)
e.g. for Lang entries, file specification strings, embedded file stream Subtype, DPM maps, etc.
