Hi there,

This is really useful work you've done here. I was just wondering, given "we" are not Microsoft, are we allowed to distribute those files in this form without their consent or permission? MSBuild is now Open source and lives on GitHub, but what about all those "targets"? Are they also currently covered by MIT license?

I did not check others.
