Reproduction steps

When enabling precise volume feature, i can't control volume using my mouse scroll wheel, it used to work in previous versions.

Expected Behavior

Volume control with mouse wheel while having mouse on the song.

Actual Behavior

Mouse wheel doesnt do anything.

Precise volume global shortcut set up keys dont work either, the plugin is just borked rn ig
