Attendance Integration

Angular Scooter integrated with Meetup and used the very "secure" jsonp to do it. As part of the re-write I would like to move the responsibility of the meetup integration to the backend.

I want to also support multiple integrations
- Meetup
- Eventbrite
- Other?
