Standalone/native mode/support

A separate installation: The daemon would be installed natively directly on the system instead over/in Docker! With a simplified configuration syntax! Let's say, for example:

Because pinging Pelicans it's not the best way so they hear you. It only bothers them, they check constantly GitHub.

And... you think it doesn't matter how much effort I put into the example? With the Docker version, Pelican is useless! Docker is the last shit! Especially if one wants/needs to create their own images/eggs!
