Removing root_admin and replacing it with Filament Shield #152

With regard to this discussion. Is with perhaps an idea to remove the root_admin (which is now used to give a user complete access to everything) and replace it with Filament Shield . In any case, it might be a good idea to look at more Filament Plugins. If you guys okay with it, I can take a look at that. This can provide good new functions i believe.
