Would you be willing to share your configuration, as well as a description of how the ptp network you are trying to connect with looks like? Also, does this happen when using statime as a library or when using statime-linux?

statime used on stm32f7 device (mostly from example, except slave_only: true) . device connected with commutator (without boundary clock mode) as well as computer. on a computer running ptp4l as master clock. as i think problem occurs when something go wrong with ptp4l and stm32 device lost steering

Hmm, I'll add this to our backlog to debug and try to fix. However, it might take a little while as we don't currently don't have that much budget available for this project.
