Summary

Checklist of items that require human judgment, design tools, or GitHub Settings UI and cannot be completed by an agent. These should ideally be done before the README restructure (issue for T11) so visuals are available for inclusion.

Scope

  • assets/logo.svg + assets/logo.png — project logo design
  • assets/screenshots/ — app screenshots and demo GIF
  • GitHub Settings → Social preview — upload 1280x640px image
  • GitHub Settings → Topics, Discussions, Website URL
  • GitHub Releases — create first release v0.1.0

Acceptance criteria

  • Logo (2.1): Project logo exists in assets/ in SVG and PNG format
  • Screenshots (2.2): App screenshots exist in assets/screenshots/ showing recording, transcript, and history screens; demo GIF showing record → transcribe → view flow
  • Social preview (2.4): Custom 1280x640px social preview image uploaded via GitHub Settings
  • GitHub settings (2.5): 15-20 topics set (ai, speech-to-text, openai-whisper, transcription, voice, self-hosted, fastapi, flutter, postgresql, pgvector, semantic-search, cross-platform, android, linux, python), Discussions enabled, website URL configured
  • First release (1.3): GitHub Release v0.1.0 created with capability summary and Android APK attached

Dependencies

Timing guidance:

  • Logo and screenshots should be ready before T11 (README restructure) so visuals are included
  • First release should be created after all Wave 1-3 PRs are merged
  • GitHub settings can be configured at any time
