I've tried with --debug and --verbose flags, and with neither of those flags, with no material effect on the result.

It hangs there for... over an hour... before I kill the process. I can see a new build created in my project, its status is initially "Receiving Build", then fails with no snapshots.

I should add that I'm running the command from within a docker container running image node:17-slim, which itself is running inside an Ubuntu vagrant VM. But I can definitely curl the test URL (which is public, although I've masked it in the output above) from within the container, so it doesn't seem to be a network issue.

Could you help me with any suggestions as to how I could see what's going on and where it's hanging?

Figured it out. I'd installed Chrome in my docker image via apt-get install google-chrome-stable, planning to get Percy running using its default Chromium browser, then switch to Chrome later. When I updated the Percy config file to use the path to my Chrome executable via launch-options, the snapshots ran without problems. I still don't understand why it wasn't working, but that's what I did to fix it...
