Failed to establish a connection on Jenkins #216
Description
I running percy on my jenkins and getting error but getting,
Failed to establish a connection with http://localhost:3999/percy/healthcheck
This is the log from my Jenkins
percy exec -- percy health-check

I am using this version.
@percy/agent/0.4.9 linux-x64 node-v10.12.0
Curl command works, so port 5338 is available.
percy exec -- curl localhost:5338

Could you give me some advise?
