LGTM! The fix is correct — cloning perfect-panel/frontend.git creates a frontend directory, not ppanel-web. Good catch!

The Chinese README local development section said
cd ppanel-webafter cloningperfect-panel/frontend.git, which creates afrontenddirectory. This aligns README.zh-CN.md with README.md.
