FLOW: Add ability to edit one pattern while another plays

Currently, in flow mode, or with reset or length > 1, FLOW can jump from pattern to pattern fairly quickly, making it difficult to make a particular change. Consider separating the "playing" pattern from the "selected" pattern, and not changing selected pattern when using those features. Maybe make "pattern follow" an option in settings.
