By default File::ShareDir::Install skips installing dotfiles, so I copy .htaccess to htaccess too for the time being. File::ShareDir::Install can be instructed to copy dotfiles via $INCLUDE_DOTFILES configuration, but Dist::Zilla::Plugin::MakeMaker has not yet been able to include dotfiles.
