Hi @rspier. Apologies, but I broke my access to the RT PM queue when I got a new job and my jhannah GitHub account (which is how I was logging into RT for years) now has a new primary email address (jay.hannah (at) civicplus.com)...

If we're still using RT (if you still want me to work that queue, which is usually mostly spam I delete) can you tell me how I should log into RT to have access to the PM queue again?
