Support Comment + Tip (superchat/supercomment) #336
Description
Prerequisite for #335
- be able to attach AR/token tips with comments
- Show tip value / txid link in engine alongside comments
- Tab that shows all comments vs paid comments
- Consider also highlighting paid comments at the top of comments area (something scrollable, sorted by highest tip first). Maybe creators can enable/disable this?
- In creator portal, show comment details (expand flow) if it was attached to a tip.
Bonus - think about how to prevent someone from randomly assigning their own txids to comments - e.g. make sure it's from same owner, can't be used in more than 1 comment, etc
