Issues with Realtime Web Search in Sonar and Sonar Prod

We're using the sonar and sonar-prod models for chat completion. The input, output, and API requests are all visible in the dashboard as expected.

However, we're noticing that Search Queries are not appearing in the dashboard when using these models.

As a test, we tried switching to sonar-reasoning, and in that case, the Search Queries do appear and show some request activity.

Can someone explain why real-time web search isn't working with sonar and sonar-prod?

Note: We're on Tier 1.
