How to - Tell sonar reasoning api to use real-time stock ticker data (right now it gets delayed data during it's search)

Basically, I'm looking for a way to add a 'tool' which is nothing but an api call to real-time data provider for stock ticker. Now, trying to find a way to tell ' Hey sonar reasoning, please use this 'tool' I provided when you need to query for stock ticker data in real-time'.

I have tried using Semantic Kernel (C#) by configuring this 'tool' but sonar reasoning doe not seems to be using it. Perhaps it does not know If there is a tool available.
