Hi Stefano,
last month Silla released a software update for the charger that replace the built-in web UI for a native iOS/Android application, at lteast for the "normal stuff" like setting Normal or Solar mode, or just pause the charging.

I've updated one of my chargers, and everything related to MQTT still works fine with this integration.
They have updated also the documentation https://silla.industries/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Prism-MQTT-4.0.pdf
but there are no changes to any MQTT topic or command.

I just wanted to let you know about, since the instructions in this repo are now partially outdated.
That's it, just an FYI.

Hi there,

the entity that controls the current has the option of setting a decimal place. Would it be possible to add the decimal place to the “number” entity?

From Prism MQTT - rel. 4.0 - rev. 20251001:
<port_number>/command/set_current_limit Sets the charging current limit, in amperes [A]. Use whole numbers with one decimal place. This command can be used to implement custom balancing logic. Example: <base_topic>/1/command/set_current_limit 9.2 <base_topic>/1/command/set_current_limit 9.2

Hey @brunopiras, you can already update that value with decimals. I'm doing that myself inside an automation. It's just the UI that shows a slider with integer values (but honestly, you should not adjust that value by hand from the UI, unless you do it once every second 😅).

I've an ibrid solar installation, without grid sell. What type of solar installation have you?

I have installed this charger in 2 houses, one with a solar system (and grid sell), and another without (grid only).
In the first one, I'm controlling the charger's max current via HomeAssistant to not deplete the house batteries.
My goal was to send to the car only the extra power I cannot consume (the one I would sell to GSE).
