Better Kotlin support

Hi, just tried this, works really nice!

It would be nice if it supported more JVM languages, I'm using Kotlin myself but I guess it could use some Scala support too.

We can already set the sources path, so it actually displays the Kotlin sources! Yay!

The only issue is that it does not syntax-highlight it correctly. Whatever syntax highlighter you use, does it support other JVM languages? It would be nice :)

It's cool that it supports other languages by default... we didn't actually design for this when we wrote it.

We're using Google's Code Prettify (https://github.com/google/code-prettify).

Adding highlighter support should be a simple matter... need to determine the language from the file extension in our Java code, pass that to the template, and then change the CSS class in our template based on the language here: https://github.com/perwendel/spark-debug-tools/blob/master/src/main/resources/debugscreen.ftl#L76

I should mention that it doesn't look like code-prettify supports Kotlin at this time, though it does support Scala. We'd either need to use a different highlighter that does support Kotlin, or wait until someone adds support for Kotlin to code-prettify. highlight-js may be a viable alternative.
