PHP 8.2-8.5

We are using Pest v3 because our minimum version of PHP is 8.2. However, we also want to support PHP 8.5.
Currently, paratest version is locked at 7.8.4, which excludes PHP 8.5 (v7.12 adds PHP 8.5 support). Additionally, Pest also explicitly excludes PHP 8.5.

Would it be acceptable to release a new version Pest v3 with slightly updated dependencies?

People keep making videos months before on latest php version, yet the tools are locked on older version.
