Give useful error when ServerInfoURL is configured with HTTPS url #10
Description
Currently the error is:
Invalid Server Port: 0
Expected behaviour:
- the error should reflect the requested and FAILED URL
- if the URL is HTTPS then a warning should be issued that HTTPS is not supported
