handle importing non-English packages #167
Description
As the title says. Currently the parser expects the file structure to be in English (e.g. directory names as Activities, Messages, etc.).
There are two routes this could take:
Easy, less ideal: Give an error explaining that the user has to decompress their package, rename the directories, and re-compress the archive before uploading.
More work, ideal: Have the parser determine the language based on the uploaded file. Some code would have to be restructured because strings are hard-coded all over the place.
