Description
Right now this bundle (ramaze, rake and others) runs with very unpleasant bugs randomly corrupting output markup. It seems no one knows Ruby language (except probably Anton) and no one is able to fix it (updates and throwing away Contests won't help).
Therefore IMHO we need to rewrite it in a language which is well-known to (almost) all team members and has web framework with solid codebase. My proposal is Python + Django.
