Objects missing in executables and static library (libphp) 

Currently static CMake libraries concept is used across this build system to make it easier to work with the targets for the time being. These static libraries don't work well yet because then Zend, TSRM, main and static extensions objects might be missing in the executables and libphp. Fix is on the way about this problem.
