Current GWT_URL returns 403 error. #203
Description
On Arch Linux, while building the development Docker image for the project:
podman build -f dev-start.Containerfile -t circuitjs1-dev:latest
The build fails due to a 403 response from the following URL:
https://goo.gl/pZZPXS
Changing GWT_URL to https://github.com/gwtproject/gwt/releases/download/2.8.2/gwt-2.8.2.zip seems to fix the issue.
