Migrate to GH Actions #278
Description
I would suggest to migrate from Travis CI to GH Actions, because it supports more platforms and is better integrated with Github, so we can get rid of external dependencies.
The argument agaibst would be, that GH Actions is a proprietary service, however Travis CI or Appveyer aren't Open Source either.
